Office Policy

We set our fees based on the ODA suggested fee guidelines for Certified Endodontists. As a non-assignment private specialty practice we require payment at the time of service. However, we will submit your insurance claims on your behalf and you will then be reimbursed directly from your insurance carrier. At your consultation appointment, we will provide you with a predetermination outlining the costs of the proposed treatment. We will either submit your claim/predetermination electronically or provide you with a standard claim form or predetermination form which you can forward to your insurance company. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. The cost of treatment varies depending on how complex the problem is and which tooth is affected. Molars are more difficult to treat; the fee is usually more. Most dental insurance policies provide some coverage for endodontic treatment. Generally, endodontic treatment and restoration of the natural tooth are less expensive than the alternative of having the tooth extracted and replaced with an implant or bridge (case dependent). These procedures tend to cost more than endodontic treatment and appropriate restoration.

Generally, endodontic treatment and restoration of the natural tooth are less expensive than the alternative of having the tooth extracted. These procedures tend to cost more than endodontic treatment and appropriate restoration.
